Program Coordination Services. Wiley will work with Institution Program Directors to support course planning and scheduling to optimize Institution’s resources and support the successful progression of students through the curriculum. For the avoidance of doubt, Institution will have decision authority on course offerings and faculty staffing. The Services described in this section will be referred to as “Program Coordination Services”.
