Program Document Information. The Company shall, or shall cause the Seller or Servicer to, provide the Collateral Agent and the Swap Counterparty with copies of all reports, notices, statements and certificates delivered under the Program Documents, and any other information that the Collateral Agent or the Swap Counterparty shall reasonably request. Delivery of such reports, notices, information and documents to the Collateral Agent under this section and Section 3.05(z) is for informational purposes only and the Collateral Agent’s receipt of such shall not constitute constructive notice of any information contained therein or determinable from information contained therein, including the Company’s compliance with any of its covenants.

The Issuer shall, or shall cause the Seller or Servicer to, provide the Indenture Trustee with copies of all reports, notices, statements and certificates delivered under the Program Documents, and any other information that the Indenture Trustee shall reasonably request. Delivery of such reports, notices, information and documents to the Indenture Trustee under this Section and Section 8.26 is for informational purposes only and the Indenture Trustee’s receipt of such shall not constitute constructive notice of any information contained therein or determinable from information contained therein, including the Issuer’s compliance with any of its covenants.
