Program Extension Clause Samples
Program Extension. The Maximum Deployment may be extended to subsequent deployments of Digital Systems during or after the Roll-Out Period only by written agreement of Christie/AIX and Distributor. Neither Christie/AIX nor Distributor will be obligated to extend the Transaction to any subsequent deployments of Digital Systems.
Program Extension. Company will review the effectiveness of the pilot program at its conclusion to determine if the program will be continued.
