Common use of Program Interactions with Other Programs Clause in Contracts

Program Interactions with Other Programs. (e.g. other HFA programs) This Program will interact with the following South Carolina HFA Hardest Hit Fund Programs: • Monthly Payment Assistance Program - Households that are not self-supporting after exhausting allowable funding under the Monthly Payment Assistance Program may be eligible for this Program. • Direct Loan Assistance - Households that are not self- supporting after exhausting allowable funding under the Direct Loan Assistance Program may be eligible for this Program.
