Program Option Target Restrictions. During the Program Option Period for a Program Option Target, Tango may pursue the development of products Directed to the applicable Program Option Target on its own behalf but shall not collaborate or partner with any Third Party, grant a license or other right to any Third Party, or acquire any license or other right from any Third Party, in each case, with respect to such Program Option Target or products Directed to such Program Option Target.
