Common use of Program Rights and Barter Agreements Clause in Contracts

Program Rights and Barter Agreements. Licensee represents and warrants that, except as disclosed in the Disclosure Schedule to the Purchase Agreement, (i) it is current in all payment obligations and is not otherwise in default under the Program Rights Agreements and (ii) there are no trade-outs, time-sales, barter or other similar obligations with respect to the Stations which extend beyond the Effective Date, other than obligations not to exceed in the aggregate Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).

Programmer agrees to assume the obligations under such Barter Agreements as provided in the Purchase Agreement.
