Program Sponsor’s Right of Removal and Appointment of Successor Custodian. The Program Sponsor has the right to remove the Custodian upon ninety (90) days prior written notice to the Custodian and thirty (30) days written notice to the Participant. Program Sponsor may appoint a successor custodian of the Custodial Account at any time by giving at least thirty (30) days written notice to the Participant and may designate a qualified successor custodian. The party entitled to the notice may waive the notice period.
