Common use of Program Unit Clause in Contracts

Program Unit. A program unit of the Seattle College District is one of the District-wide programs or sub-programs identified on Attachment A hereto, which shall be reviewed annually and revised as appropriate by the appointing authority after consultation with the AFT, and shall be published no later than November 1 of each academic year. Where a program has no identified sub-programs, the program is the program unit. Where a program has identified sub-programs, each sub-program is a program unit.
