Common use of Programmatic and Financial Reporting Clause in Contracts

Programmatic and Financial Reporting. Recipients must comply with the programmatic and financial reporting requirements outlined in Attachment B, Special Terms and Conditions. Failure to submit programmatic and financial reports on time may be basis for withholding financial assistance payments, suspension, termination or denial of continued funding. Recipient’s failure to timely submit such reports may result in a designation of “high risk” for the recipient organization and may jeopardize potential future funding from the Department of Health and Human Services.
