PROGRAMMATIC RESPONSIBILITY Sample Clauses

The Programmatic Responsibility clause defines the specific duties and obligations assigned to a party in relation to the planning, execution, and management of a particular program or project. It typically outlines which party is responsible for tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, reporting, and compliance with relevant standards or regulations. By clearly delineating these responsibilities, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures accountability, and facilitates smooth coordination between parties involved in the program.
