Programme Accounting. The DPIs under the AP and SP sub-Programmes and the DIC/MOFA shall maintain and consolidate Programme accounts in accordance with sound accounting practices and government accounting procedures to reflect the progress of the respective sub-Programme and to identify its sources, operations and expenditures. The sub-Programmes’ accounts shall reflect all financial transactions during the Programme Implementation Period separately for the Fund Loan and the Fund Grant and by Programme component and by standard expenditure categories. The sub- Programmes’ accounts shall be maintained separately from any routine budget accounts or other externally funded programme accounts.
