Programming conditions. The Ad Inventory of the Publisher is constituted of minimum 2 Ad-breaks of 30 seconds per hour, every hour of the day : in its audio streams, the Publisher has to send in his Stream the metadata Title. Openstream will be able to, in its sole discretion, decide to insert advertising in the Ad breaks provided by the Publisher, depending on the existing partnerships and the targeting desired by Openstream customers. Openstream does not however warrant the effective Ad insertion or not in the Publisher's Ad Inventory.
