Programming Copyrights. All program and programming materials and elements of whatever form or nature owned by Seller and used solely in connection with the business and operations of the Station, whether recorded on tape or any other substance or intended for live performance, and whether completed or in production, and all related common law and statutory copyrights owned by or licensed to Seller and used in connection with the business and operations of the Station.
