Common use of Progress and Quality of Work Clause in Contracts

Progress and Quality of Work. Upon commencement of the Developer Improvements, Developer shall proceed to the full completion of all of the Developer Improvements with due diligence and without delay or interruption with the exception of Force Majeure Events and City Delays (as defined below). The completion of the Project shall occur on or before the Completion Date. All work to be performed by or on behalf of Developer related to the Project shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, consistent with the prevailing industry standards for such work in the area of the City.
