PROGRESS, INSPECTIONS AND TESTING REPORT. 23.1. The Contracted Party shall submit to the Contracting Party, weekly or whenever requested by same, a report on the progress of the System’s or Part of the System’s Implementation, as applicable, in order to keep the Contracting Party aware of: (i) its current phase always comparing to the Schedule; (ii) next steps to be taken by the Contracted Party concerning faced troubles, or those to be faced; and (iii) corrections carried out or to be carried out. 23.2. The Contracting Party may, at any time and whenever required, carry out inspections and tests, provided that in compliance with the provisions under Clause 19, letter “k”, concerning the Goods and Services to be supplied by the Contracted Party, in order to verify their compliance with the applicable technical regulations and the specifications provided herein.
