Progress Meetings; Coordination. From time to time at the request of either Party during the preparation of Construction Documents, Landlord and Tenant shall hold regular progress meetings to coordinate the preparation, review and approval of the Construction Documents. Landlord and Tenant shall communicate and consult informally as frequently as is necessary to ensure that the formal submittal of any Construction Documents to Landlord can receive prompt and speedy consideration.
