Common use of Progress Payments; Retainage Clause in Contracts

Progress Payments; Retainage. OWNER shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of DESIGN/BUILDER's Applications for Payment, on or about the 1st day of each month during performance of the Work as provided in paragraphs 5.01.B.1 and B.2 below. All such payments will be measured by the acceptable Schedule of Values established in paragraph 2.06.A of the General Conditions.
