Prohibited Business" means any business entity whose activities or products are directly or indirectly competitive with those of the Company and which has contact, or seeks to establish contact (including without limitation by making or soliciting sales or submitting bids), with any business or governmental entity in the United States that is, at any time, a customer of the Company.
