Common use of Prohibited Business Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Business. Prohibited Business" means any business entity whose activities or products are directly or indirectly competitive with those of the Company and which has contact, or seeks to establish contact (including without limitation by making or soliciting sales or submitting bids), with any business or governmental entity in the United States that is, at any time, a customer of the Company.

Prohibited Business. For purposes of this Agreement, "Prohibited Business" means any business entity whose that is engaged in activities or produces products that are directly or indirectly competitive with those of the Company anywhere in the United States and which has contact, or seeks to establish contact (including without limitation by making or soliciting sales or submitting bids), with any business or governmental entity in the United States that is, at any time, a customer of the Company, for the purpose of engaging in any such competitive activity.

Prohibited Business" means any business entity providing data collection from automotive retailer systems or whose activities or products are directly or indirectly and substantially competitive with those of the Company and which has contact, or seeks to establish contact (including without limitation by making or soliciting sales or submitting bids), with any business or governmental entity in the United States North America that is, at any time, a customer of the Company.

Prohibited Business. Prohibited Business" means any business entity whose activities or products are directly or indirectly competitive with those the business, activities or products engaged in or produced by Buyer, PA&E, or any of PA&E's subsidiaries as of the Company Closing Date, and which has contact, or seeks to establish contact (including without limitation by making or soliciting sales or submitting bids), with any business or governmental entity in the United States that is, at any time, a customer of the CompanyBuyer, PA&E, or any of PA&E's subsidiaries.
