Common use of Prohibited Contracts Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Contracts. Without Administrative Agent’s prior written consent, Borrower shall not contract for any materials, furnishings, equipment, fixtures or other parts or components of the Improvements, if any third party shall retain any ownership interest (other than Lien rights created by operation of law) in such items after their delivery to the Property and Improvements. Borrower shall have five (5) days to effect the removal of any such retained interest.

Borrower shall have five thirty (530) days to effect the removal of any such retained interest.
