Prohibited Hazardous Materials. Developer acknowledges that Broward County and the City of Miramar have ordinances that prohibit discharge of hazardous materials into the sanitary sewer system. (Broward County Ordinance 86-61 and Chapter 21 of Miramar City Code). Developer agrees not to discharge hazardous materials into the sanitary sewer system as defined by Broward County Ordinance 86-61 and Chapter 21 of the Miramar City Code, as they may be amended.
