Prohibited Jurisdictions. 4.1. By using Services, you acknowledge and declare that your business is not registered in Cuba, Iran, Russia, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, Syria, United States of America (including all USA territories like Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, and the US Virgin Islands (St. Croix, St. ▇▇▇▇ and St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇)), Bangladesh, Hong Kong and Bolivia, among with any other country subject to United Nations Security Council Sanctions List and its equivalent. 4.2. Use of the Services is void where prohibited by the applicable law and the law of the relevant jurisdictions. 4.3. NOWPayments maintains the right to select its markets and jurisdictions to operate in and may restrict or deny its Services to certain countries. 4.4. NOWPayments also maintains the right to use various methods to prevent the use of the Services by the Users listed above. You shall comply with this Section 4, even if NOWPayment’s methods to prevent use of the Services are not effective or can be bypassed.

Prohibited Jurisdictions. ULTI Tokens (ULTI) are intended to be marketed and sold to participants only in those jurisdictions in and to those persons where and to whom they lawfully may be offered for sale. By signing this Agreement and/or by buying ULTI Tokens (ULTI) hereunder, the Buyer represents and warrants that the Buyer does not violate the laws of his/her country and Sanction Policy. The Seller may refuse from transactions with any person (a) identified or acting on behalf of any person identified as a “Specially Designated National”; (b) established in, resident in, or otherwise operating from countries or territories subject to Sanctions lists, including United Nations, European Union, UK Treasury and US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions lists in all jurisdictions in which we operate. Certain jurisdictions restrict or have specific regulation concerning the offer, sale and/or purchase of Cryptocurrencies and/or tokens through Token Sale, and these include the People’s Republic of China (excluding the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau, and Taiwan), South Korea and the State of New York. ULTI Tokens (ULTI)Tokens shall not be marketed, offered, or sold to residents in the People’s Republic of China (excluding the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau, and Taiwan), South Korea or the State of New York. The information contained in this Document and/or any Accompaning Documents will not constitute an offer to sell or an invitation, advertisement, or solicitation of an offer to buy ULTI Tokens (ULTI) within the People’s Republic of China (excluding the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau, and Taiwan), South Korea or the State of New York.

Prohibited Jurisdictions. In addition to Licensor’s other rights and remedies hereunder, in the event Licensee or any Distribution Channel has reasonably commenced distribution or exploitation of any Branded Game into or within a jurisdiction which is a legal gaming jurisdiction, and due to a change in applicable Laws, the jurisdiction becomes a Prohibited Jurisdiction, then such Prohibited Jurisdiction shall be automatically excluded from the Territory, and Licensee shall cease and shall cause any applicable Distribution Channels to cease, distribution and exploitation of the Branded Games therein no later than the effective date of such jurisdiction becoming a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Without limiting the foregoing and for the avoidance of doubt, the Territory shall exclude any country or so-called state that is then-subject to United States embargo. Licensee shall notify Licensor in writing of any change(s) to the Prohibited Jurisdictions of which it becomes aware. Without limiting the foregoing, and for the avoidance of doubt, Licensee alone bears the responsibility to determine the legal and regulatory risk for Licensee and Licensor associated with the operation, use or distribution of the Branded Games and/or Licensed Property in any state, region or other geographic and/or government area within the Territory. Licensee shall not, and shall ensure that no Distribution Channel shall (directly or indirectly), (a) permit any person located or resident in any Prohibited Jurisdiction to participate in or otherwise use or play any Branded Game; (b) accept any payments from persons located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction in relation to any Branded Game; (c) undertake any promotional or marketing activity that could reasonably be considered to be attempting to attract persons in a Prohibited Jurisdiction to any Branded Game; or (d) otherwise use, operate or distribute any Branded Game in any Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Prohibited Jurisdictions. Take an assignment of or enter into a lease of any Aircraft (including but not limited to Follow-On Leases) with a Lessee domiciled in any of the jurisdictions listed on Schedule III hereto.

Prohibited Jurisdictions. The User declares that he/she is not a citizen, resident or company incorporated or registered in: United States of America (USA), including Puerto Rico (PRI), Virgin Islands (VIR) and other territories held by the United States of America; Canada (CAN), the Republic of Singapore (SGP), the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (HKG), the People's Republic of China (PRC), Japan (JPN), the Kingdom of Thailand (THA), Afghanistan (AFG), Albania (ABL), Bahamas (BHS), Barbados (BRB), Botswana (BWA), Burkina Faso (BFA), Philippines (PHL), Ghana (GHA), Haiti (HTI), Iraq (IRQ), Iran (IRN), Jamaica (JAM), Yemen (YEM), South Sudan (SSD), Jordan (JOR), Cayman Islands (CYM), Cambodia (KHM), Mali (MLI), Malta (MLT), Morocco (MAR), Mauritius (MUS), Myanmar (MMR), Nicaragua (NIC), Pakistan (PAK), Panama (PAN), Senegal (SEN), North Korea (PRK), Syria (SYR), Trinidad and Tobago (TTO), Turkey (TUR), Uganda (UGA), Vanuatu (VUT), Zimbabwe (ZWE), as well as any other country in which performance under the Terms, possession or ownership of cryptoassets would be unlawful.

Prohibited Jurisdictions. If you reside in or access the CoinFuze Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, you are prohibited from registering an Account and using the Services. CoinFuze reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate your A c c o u n t if you are found to be accessing the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
