Other Documents and Action. Each Facility Party shall deliver to the Agent such other instruments, agreements and documents and take such other action as the Agent may reasonably request in connection with the Loans to be made on such Funding Date. The delivery of each Notice of Borrowing shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower of the correctness of the matters specified in subsections (b), (c), (d), (g) and (n) above.
Other Documents and Action. The Borrower, each applicable Aircraft Subsidiary and the Servicer shall deliver to the Agent such other instruments, agreements and documents and take such other action as the Agent may reasonably request in connection with the Advances to be made on such Transfer Date. All documents executed or submitted pursuant hereto by or on behalf of the Borrower shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Agent and its counsel, and the Agent and its counsel shall have received all information, approvals, opinions, documents or instruments as the Agent or its counsel may reasonably request.
Other Documents and Action. The Borrower shall deliver to the Agent such other instruments, agreements and documents and take such other action as the Agent may reasonably request in connection with the Loans to be made on the Closing Date.

Other Documents and Action. Buyer and Seller shall, at any time at or after the Closing Date, execute and deliver all such documents and instruments and do or cause to be done all such other acts and things as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the terms of this Agreement.
Other Documents and Action. All documents delivered hereunder and all actions taken by any party hereto provided for hereunder shall be satisfactory as to form and substance to counsel for each Bank and the Administrative Agent.
