The Prohibited Network Uses clause defines specific activities or behaviors that are not allowed when using a network or related services. Prohibited Network Uses. As explained in subsection 2.4, AT&T may take any and all reasonable actions necessary to restrict any Prohibited Network Uses or any other violation of AT&T’s Acceptable Use Policy, up to and including termination of service.
Prohibited Network Uses. To ensure the activities of some users do not impair the ability of our customers to have access to reliable services provided at reasonable costs, you may not use the Services in a manner that is unlawful, infringes on intellectual property rights, or ▇▇▇▇▇, unduly interferes with or degrades the use of Standing Rock’s network or systems. Standing Rock reserves the right, without notice or limitation, to limit data throughput speeds or quantities or to deny, terminate, end, modify, disconnect, or suspend service if an individual engages in any of the prohibited voice, text or data uses detailed below. The Services are provided solely for live dialogue between, and initiated by, individuals for personal use and as otherwise described in this policy. The Services may not be used for any other purposes, including, but not limited to: monitoring services, transmission of broadcasts, transmission of recorded material, telemarketing, broadcast or autodialed calls or texts, other commercial uses, or other connections that do not consist of uninterrupted live dialogue between individuals. The Services are provided solely for purposes of personal (i.e., non-commercial) use including web surfing, sending and receiving email, photographs and other similar messaging activities, and the non-continuous streaming of videos, downloading of files or on line gaming.
