Prohibited Network Uses. To ensure the activities of some users do not impair the ability of our customers to have access to reliable services provided at reasonable costs, you may not use the Services in a manner that is unlawful, infringes on intellectual property rights, or xxxxx, unduly interferes with or degrades the use of Standing Rock’s network or systems. Standing Rock reserves the right, without notice or limitation, to limit data throughput speeds or quantities or to deny, terminate, end, modify, disconnect, or suspend service if an individual engages in any of the prohibited voice, text or data uses detailed below. The Services are provided solely for live dialogue between, and initiated by, individuals for personal use and as otherwise described in this policy. The Services may not be used for any other purposes, including, but not limited to: monitoring services, transmission of broadcasts, transmission of recorded material, telemarketing, broadcast or autodialed calls or texts, other commercial uses, or other connections that do not consist of uninterrupted live dialogue between individuals. The Services are provided solely for purposes of personal (i.e., non-commercial) use including web surfing, sending and receiving email, photographs and other similar messaging activities, and the non-continuous streaming of videos, downloading of files or on line gaming. The Services may not be used: (i) to generate excessive amounts of Internet traffic through the continuous, unattended streaming, downloading or uploading of videos, music, or other files or to operate hosting services including, but not limited to, web or gaming hosting; (ii) to maintain continuous active network connections to the Internet such as through a web camera or machine-to-machine connections that do not involve active participation by a person; (iii) to disrupt email use by others using automated or manual routines, including, but not limited to “auto-responders” or cancel bots or other similar routines; (iv) to transmit or facilitate any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, telemarketing, promotional materials, “junk mail”, unsolicited commercial or bulk email, or fax;

  • Prohibited Content The parties to this agreement do not intend (either recklessly or otherwise) to incorporate any content which is prohibited by the Workplace Relations Act 1996 and Regulations. In the event that prohibited content has been included in this Agreement the parties agree that the affected provisions are void and should be severed from this Agreement. Any provisions in Part 2 of this Agreement which contain “prohibited content” within the meaning of section 356 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth), are expressly excluded and do not form any part of this Agreement.

  • Prohibited Uses You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.   • Permitted and Prohibited Uses 1.1. The Data may only be used for linguistic education and research, including but not limited to information retrieval, document understanding, machine translation or speech recognition.

  • PROHIBITED TERMS Any term included in this Contract that requires the State to indemnify or hold Contractor harmless; requires the State to agree to binding arbitration; limits Contractor’s liability for damages resulting from death, bodily injury, or damage to tangible property; or that conflicts with this provision in any way shall be void ab initio. Nothing in this Contract shall be construed as a waiver of any provision of §00-000-000 C.R.S. Any term included in this Contract that limits Contractor’s liability that is not void under this section shall apply only in excess of any insurance to be maintained under this Contract, and no insurance policy shall be interpreted as being subject to any limitations of liability of this Contract.

  • Prohibited Use 4. You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:

  • Prohibited Items Only refrigeration appliances supplied with the Room are to be used. No other refrigeration items are to be brought into the Room. In order for appliances to be used in the Residence, they must bear a visible serial number and a CSA or UL identification tag. Irons, toaster ovens, coffee makers, electric kettles protected by automatic “shut off” may be used. Appliances found in rooms that do not bear a CSA or UL identification tag will be removed by the Manager at the Resident’s expense, without liability to the Manager for spoilage or damage to the appliance removed. The following are prohibited: open coil hot plates, deep fryers, indoor barbecues, fondues and the like; pets; candles, incense, lava lamps, halogen lamps, large musical instruments or noise producing devices such as subwoofers and PA systems, illegal substances, alcohol and illegal drug paraphernalia, single serving glass alcohol containers (i.e. beer bottles, coolers, etc.), novelty glass liquor bottles, and large common source containers (i.e. kegs, 60oz containers); weapons, replica weapons, or any device that is designed for (or could be used for) the purpose to intimidate, threaten, harm, or kill.

  • Prohibited Conduct In providing the services described in this agreement, the Sub-Advisor will not consult with any other investment advisory firm that provides investment advisory services to any investment company sponsored by Principal Life Insurance Company regarding transactions for the Fund in securities or other assets.
