Prohibited payments and guarantees. Subject to Clause 3.2 (Permitted Payments) prior to the Discharge Date:- (a) the Intra-Group Debtor will not make any payments or distributions of any kind whatsoever in respect of or on account of the Funding Loan; and (b) the Intra-Group Creditor will not receive any payment or distribution of any kind whatsoever in respect or on account of the Funding Loan without the prior written consent of the Facility Agent.
