Prohibited Payments, Etc. Each Pledgor may receive regularly scheduled payments from any other Loan Party on account of the Subordinated Obligations unless an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing that has not been waived in accordance with Section 8.04 of the Credit Agreement (including the commencement and continuation of any proceeding under any Debtor Relief Law relating to any other Loan Party), and the Administrative Agent has delivered notice to CBII that such payments may not be made or received. After the occurrence and during the continuance of any Event of Default that has not been waived in accordance with Section 8.04 of the Credit Agreement (including the commencement and continuation of any proceeding under any Debtor Relief Law relating to any other Loan Party) and delivery of such notice, however, unless the Administrative Agent otherwise agrees, no Pledgor shall demand, accept or take any action to collect any payment on account of the Subordinated Obligations.
