Prohibited Payments to Subordinate Lender. Except as otherwise expressly provided in Section 2.4, the Borrower shall not make and shall not be entitled to make and the Trust shall not accept and shall not be entitled to accept any payment or prepayment of principal, interest or other amount in respect of the Subordinate Obligations, whether in the form of cash, securities or otherwise.
