Common use of PROHIBITED SAMPLES Clause in Contracts

PROHIBITED SAMPLES. Explosive substances, detonators and generally all hazardous or harmful substances are strictly prohibited without express prior consent of the Organizer. Any Exhibitor bringing such items onto its stand without express prior consent shall be forced to remove them forthwith, at first request from the Organizer, failing which the latter would remove them itself at the expense of the Exhibitor, at its own risk, without prejudice to any legal proceedings that may be brought against the latter. The installation or operation of any item and device that could in any way interfere with the other Exhibitors and/or the Organizer is strictly prohibited.
