Common use of Prohibited Signage and Other Items Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Signage and Other Items. Any signs, notices, logos, pictures, names or advertisements which are installed outside of the Premises (or which can be seen from the exterior of the Premises) and that have not been separately approved by Landlord may be removed without notice by Landlord at the sole expense of Tenant. Tenant may not install any signs on the exterior or roof of the Project or the Common Areas. Any signs, window coverings, or blinds (even if the same are located behind the Landlord-approved window coverings for the Building), or other items visible from the exterior of the Premises or Building, shall be subject to the prior approval of Landlord, in its sole discretion.
