Prohibited Signage and Other Items. Any signs, notices, logos, ---------------------------------- pictures, names or advertisements which are installed and that have not been individually approved by Lessor may be removed without notice by Lessor at the sole expense of Lessee. Lessee may not install any signs on the exterior or roof of the office building or the common areas of the Project. Any signs, window coverings, or blinds (even if the same are located behind the Lessor approved window coverings for the office building), or other items visible from the exterior of the Premises are subject to the prior approval of Lessor, in its sole discretion.
