Prohibited Structures. (i) Constructing or placing of any structures or buildings, temporary or permanent, that compromise maximizing wildlife habitat benefits is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to buildings used for residence and overnight occupancy, such as houses, trailers, hunting and fishing lodges, cabins, and yurts; fishing huts; storage facilities; workshops and fabrication facilities; saw xxxxx; or any other structure that puts a lasting footprint on the easement and diminishes wildlife habitat benefits.
