Prohibited Tax Disclosure. Except as required by Applicable Law, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, each Party shall not make any statement, representation, filing, return or settlement regarding Taxes on behalf of the other Party to an Authorized Authority without the prior written consent of such other Party.
