Common use of Prohibited Use of Trade Secrets Clause in Contracts

During the term of this Agreement and for 12 months following termination of this Agreement, Employee shall not undertake any employment or consulting relationship (the "New Activity") if the loyal and complete fulfillment of his or her duties in the New Activity would inherently call upon Employee to reveal any Trade Secret.
