Prohibited uses & liability. (a) Where the Vehicle is Damaged, malfunctions or breaks down in the course of a Prohibited Use: (i) if the Damage is covered by the Vehicle Insurance, your excess liability reverts to Level 1; and (ii) we are not required to provide you with complimentary Windscreen cover and/or Roadside Assistance.
