Common use of Prohibited Uses of Account Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Uses of Account. No money from the Plan Species Account shall be used to enforce compliance with this Agreement. Members of the Tributary Committee and their expenses shall not be compensated through the Plan Species Account. Administrative costs, staffing and consultants, reports and brochures, landowner assistance and public education costs collectively shall not exceed $80,000 in 1998 dollars in any given year without the unanimous vote of the Tributary Committee.
