Prohibition Against Contracting with Corporations that Reincorporate Overseas. It shall be the duty of the Contractor to read, become familiar with, and comply with the requirements of sections A4-13 and A4-14 of Article IV of the Suffolk County Code. The Contractor represents that it is in compliance with sections A4-13 and A4-14 of Article IV of the Suffolk County Code. Such law provides that no contract for consulting services or goods and services shall be awarded by the County to a business previously incorporated within the U.S.A. that has reincorporated outside the U.S.A.
