Prohibition Against Recording. Except as provided in Section 29.4 of this Lease, neither Landlord nor Tenant shall record this Lease, but upon request by Tenant, Landlord shall execute and deliver to Tenant, for Tenant to record, a Memorandum of Lease in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J (the "Memorandum"). Within 10 days after the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall enter into such documentation as is reasonably required by Landlord to remove the memorandum of record. The terms of this Section 29.6 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
