The Recipient agrees that if it constructs or rehabilitates residential structures on behalf of individuals displaced by its any Project, it will not use lead-based paint, and it will comply with Section 401(b) of the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, 42 U.S.C. § 4831(b), and U.S. Housing and Urban Development regulations, “Lead-based Paint Poisoning Prevention in Certain Residential Structures,” 24 C.F.R. part 35.
