Common use of Prohibition and enforceability Clause in Contracts

Prohibition and enforceability. (1) Any provision of, or the application of any provision of, this agreement or any right of a party under this agreement which is prohibited in any jurisdiction is, in that jurisdiction, ineffective only to the extent of that prohibition.
