PROHIBITION BY LAW. In the event any provision of the Agreement is invalid or unenforceable or prohibited by law, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and the remainder of the Agreement shall be valid and binding as though such invalid, unenforceable, or prohibited provisions were not included herein.
