Prohibition of Acquisitions. None of the Borrowers shall make acquisitions of all or substantially all of the equity, property or assets of any person, firm, corporation or other entity, or merge, consolidate or sell substantially all of its assets, without the prior written consent of the Lender, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
