PROHIBITION OF ASSIGNMENT BY EMPLOYEE. The Employee expressly agrees for himself and on behalf of his executors, administrators and heirs, that this Agreement and his obligations, rights, interests and benefits hereunder shall not be assigned, transferred, pledged or hypothecated in any way by the Employee, his executors, administrators or heirs, and shall not be subject to execution, attachment or similar process. Any attempt to assign, transfer, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of this Agreement or any such rights, interests and benefits thereunder contrary to the foregoing provisions, or the levy of any attachment or similar process thereupon shall be null and void and without effect and shall relieve the Company of any and all liability hereunder.
