Prohibition of Certain Employment Contracts. Not enter into any contracts of employment which (i) cannot be terminated on notice of 14 days or less without the payment of severance compensation or (ii) provide for any increase in compensation, including, without limitation, any modification of any stock option agreements, outside the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice, or severance payments or benefits covering a period beyond the termination date (other than those which AMCI has previously approved) except as contemplated by this Agreement or as may be required by law;
