Common use of Prohibition of Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Prohibition of Solicitation. During the term of this Agreement, the Shareholder shall not, nor shall the Shareholder authorize or permit any representative of the Shareholder to, directly or indirectly take any action prohibited by Section 6.2 of the Merger Agreement.
