Common use of Prohibition of subcontracting Clause in Contracts

Prohibition of subcontracting. 8.4.1. Supplier may not delegate or subcontract any of its obligations resulting from this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of Novartis, such consent being at the sole discretion of the same. If Novartis grant such authorization: (i) The Supplier will continue to be fully responsible for the performance of its obligations established here in; and (ii) The Supplier shall be exclusively responsible for all costs associated with any delegation or subcontracting agreement.
