Prohibition on Assignments and Participations. From and after the Second Forbearance Effective Date, the Credit Parties, the Sponsor and each of their respective Affiliates shall be prohibited from purchasing (by assignment, participation or otherwise), in whole or in part, any Commitment, Loan, Letter of Credit or any other Obligation.
