PROHIBITION ON DECOMPILING. Distributor acknowledges that the Licensed Software and Ancillary Programs contain the valuable information of Siebel and its licensors, and Distributor agrees not to cause or permit the modification, reverse engineering, translation, disassembly, or decompilation of, or otherwise to attempt to derive the source code of the Licensed Software or Ancillary Programs, whether in whole or in part. If required under applicable law, upon Customer's request, Siebel shall provide information necessary for Customer to achieve interoperability between the Licensed Software and other software for a nominal administrative charge.
