Prohibition on Disposals. Until the first anniversary of the Effective Date, no Shareholder may Dispose of any Share other than in accordance with the provisions of clauses 11.1, 11.5 and/or 11.6. On and after the first anniversary of the Effective Date, a Shareholder may Dispose of Shares in accordance with the provisions of clauses 11.1, 11.3, 11.4, 11.5 and/or 11.6.
