Prohibition on Disposition of Assets; Prohibition on Leases. So long as any of the Certificates remain Outstanding, (a) the Company agrees that it will not sell or dispose of the Pledged Property or any of its other property or assets, and (b) the Company will not enter into any lease (as lessee) of property.
