Prohibition on Division/Series Transactions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article VII or any other provision in this Agreement or any other Loan Document, the Borrower (solely with respect to itself) shall not enter into (or agree to enter into) any Division/Series Transaction without the prior written consent of the Lenders.
