Prohibition on Funding/Fee Disputes. (a) Republic acknowledges that it and its subsidiaries (including the Operating Partnership) shall be prohibited from providing any funding, payments, credit, equity investments or any other financial assistance to Owner, and that Republic shall undertake all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly collect all monies due pursuant to the terms hereof.
